News

I mentioned  in January that my older brother was terminally ill.  Since that time he went to live with his daughter in upstate New York.

Sadly he died yesterday a month short of his 82nd birthday.  I say sadly, but there comes a time when letting a loved one go is what is best.

I will miss my big brother.  Now that both my oder brother and sister have gone I feel like I've lost a second set of parents.

I'll start posting again in few days.

As always, thanks for stopping by.............*s*

P.S.  Bob's favorite past time was taking big band cruises and ball room dancing.  Keep on dancing, big brother!

  2. Oh Suzi so sorry........ been a haul this winter. We have had so many move along on their journey these sleeping months of cold, feeling a little abandoned but oddly centered. Peaceful whispers of light and love to you.......

  10. Dearest Suzi,
Oh dear, you all were realistic enough for knowing this was to expect any time soon and as you sad, letting a loved one that is terminally ill go is best. No more suffering and he's at peace now and indeed may he be dancing to his Big Bands forever!
We never know what lies ahead for each one of us but having had such comfort and support from your elder brother and sister was a joy.
Wishing you and your loved ones a lot of strength for the coming days and beyond.
    Hugs,
    Mariette
