Another Monday....Mug

Two views of yet another mug that has gone into my very slow kiln loading process.

This one is a little different from a lot of my other work.  As all the mugs that I have posted lately are tests I made for shrinkage I'm enjoying the freedom to experiment a little.

It's breezy but the sun is out and the days are definitely getting warmer.  Morning yard walks have become pleasurable again!

Enjoy the week ahead, and as always, thanks for stopping by.............*s*

  1. How very animated this design is...the top looks like a water level which is on a mug being carried along and almost splashing out of it!

  2. Dearest Suzi,
That is a lovely one with a blossom face on each side!
Do you measure height and diameter for testing shrinkage?
Happy that in your area you again can enjoy the outdoors.
It was very warm here, for the time of the year! With 70s already. We had no time this afternoon for a walk as I was on the phone with customer service for getting our Sirius signal resent to our car so we get again traffic updates. That is quite handy on longer trips, knowing where the bottle necks are so you can avoid them.
Hate being on the phone and having to go to the car and wait for 5 minutes till the signal gets picked up. Good thing is that the second time we were successful.
Yes, like it or not, as senior citizens we have to live with that kind of technology... Keeps our minds young I guess. Don't know if anyone could do a shrinkage test on that...
    Hugs,
    Mariette
