No participation in the Revue with my choir at the Theatre as it is singing and dancing. My orthopedic said a firm NO to that... By mid June I should be fine and without pain, if not I have to see him again. No biking either, risk for falling is too big there.
Hugs,
Mariette Mariette VandenMunckhof-Vedderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16877699174880945452noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6544034656423752886.post-29185413650988148422018-04-12T07:49:19.504-04:002018-04-12T07:49:19.504-04:00Hi Mariette.....I am so very glad that you have go...Hi Mariette.....I am so very glad that you have gotten a godd diagnosis and a good orthopedic surgeon. It’s so frustrating when you know something is wrong and docs can’t/won’t find a diagnosis. Now you can start the healing process and look forward to warm weather.smartcathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15430370214403895826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6544034656423752886.post-54002176273309645472018-04-11T20:17:25.519-04:002018-04-11T20:17:25.519-04:00Dearest Suzi,

Fell on my left hip due to severe cramping and this is what I got. Severe bruising a huge hematoma but in 2 weeks it's almost gone. X-rays showed no broken bone... but still I couldn't stand on that leg, other than leaning heavily on my crutch on the other side. So yesterday's MRIs showed something wrong and today's CT scan underscored it. Tomorrow morning driving one hour to a good orthopedic surgeon. Not the same one locally that ruined my left hand in 2014...
Hugs,
MarietteMariette VandenMunckhof-Vedderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16877699174880945452noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6544034656423752886.post-83961808492017109162018-04-11T07:44:07.545-04:002018-04-11T07:44:07.545-04:00Hi Barb....I am doing this on bisque terra cotta (...Hi Barb....I am doing this on bisque terra cotta (^05-^04) on raw glaze. I use brushes for all my work. The black lines are done with a very fine, 000, liner brush. I like natural bristles, but that is a matter of preference. If you have a chance you should do a majolica workshop. With your style (think monarchs) you might really enjoy it.smartcathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15430370214403895826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6544034656423752886.post-56133230784641539312018-04-10T21:08:56.709-04:002018-04-10T21:08:56.709-04:00Are you doing this glaze work on greenware or bisq...Are you doing this glaze work on greenware or bisque ware? I love the design, and how you have such fine details...is it with brushes or little applicators?
Barbara Rogershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08351113054045427775noreply@blogger.com
