Pottery on Wheels was one of the real highlights of NCECA. It was great to see the finished interior (and exterior) of the van after watching the progress on line.

I'll post more of my loot in the coming days. I overindulged in BRUSHES!
We are finally getting consistently warmer weather. It may even reach, shhhhh, sixty by the weekend!
As always, thanks for stopping by..........*s*
How cool that you got to see "POW"! I really like Hayne Bayless's work. We have a plate and two cups of his. His stencil process using tyvek is pretty neat.
ReplyDeletePlease show us you brushes! I have a weakness for them as well.
Hi Michele....POW! was one of the must sees for me.
DeleteI'll be posting brushes soon!
yeah for warm weather, can't wait to see more about NCECA, how do they keep the pottery from falling when moving the trailer, do they have to pack it all up. ?
ReplyDeleteHi Linda.....I'm pretty sure all the pottery gets repacked when they move.
DeleteIt's great to see inside the POW - such a great idea to get pottery out in the world! I would love to visit NECECA! Such inspiration. I too have a weakness for brushes.
ReplyDeleteHappy spring!
Hi Judy....I feel the same way about POW!
DeleteIf one brush is good, many are better!
Dearest Suzi,
ReplyDeleteHappy for you that you did have a very enjoyable time. Meeting old friends and even new, blog friends is such a bliss.
Glad to read you are moving into spring like weather.
Hugs,
Mariette
