My dear big sister, Prudy, would have been 79 today. Here she is as a little girl. Our big brother used to tease her(and me) and say, when she reached her teens, that she looked like a plucked chicken. I think she was a darling, beautiful little girl.

What a sweet sweet photo, aren't we lucky to have these memories....
ReplyDeleteHi Tracey.....As long as we remember loved one live.
ReplyDeleteThat's sweet, sisters are special. I love that name, Prudence. I have a sister named Faith...
ReplyDeleteHi Cathy....She didn't like it growing up, but as an adult appreciated it. I love old fashioned names.
DeleteOhhh, you must miss her so much.
ReplyDeleteHi Gary....I don't know if you ever stop missing loved ones. When she moved to Florida we spent hours on the phone just being silly sisters!
DeleteDearest Suzi,
ReplyDeleteWhat a precious photo and especially considering from that era. Yes, she looks very friendly and cute. You sure got an Angel in heaven and she will be smiling down at you for being lovingly remembered.
Sending you hugs,
Mariette
Hi Mariette....My mother's life long best friend's husband was a professional photographer. He took these photos. It shows, doesn't it?
