OOO...it looks so good! I haven't made one since going on low fat, low cholesterol, plant-based eating. Can have egg whites...mmm, wondering if I could do it crustless. Probably not as good. But then again...there are lots of good things I can eat, mushrooms, spinach, onions, garlic! Thanks for a good idea!
Hi Barb...Crustless quiche can be delicious. Proge (son) makes them because he is not good with crust. Can you use egg substitutes? I've known two people with egg allergies who found them quite useful.
