More Bread

 Pain de Compagne from 100 GREAT BREADS by Paul Hollywood.  

This recipe has enough rye flour and fresh oregano to give it a nice, herbal flavor without being overpowering.  I made a few buns which were wonderful with hamburgers.

  2. Hi Mariette...I started baking bread when I got my first apartment, which was a long time ago. I go through periods where I make most of the bread we have.
    Proge recently told a friend that he has a personal baker. 🤭 🥖 🤎
