I'm off to my retina specialist this morning to check on the progress of my damaged retina. There is a split or hole in my retina that may eventually need some sort of surgery.
Neither my optometrist or the retina guy can figure out why I continue to see as well as I do. I, however, will continue to be positive about this. Losing my eyesight is something so horrible I cannot begin to envision it.
Meanwhile. I feel like a flamingo in the snow.........discombobulated at the very least.........anxious, angry, and sad, if I stop and think about it.
It's winter and I and the world are not in a happy place!
