The well pump just passed out! Oh joyous day calloo....callay!
We'll pull it in a bit, but it will probably need to be replaced! All the stuff to replace the swimming pool liner arrived; we are dealing with water and pumps way too much this summer!
Meanwhile here are some pictures of my passion flowers which are happily and prolifically blooming!
Enjoy the week end, and, as always, thanks for stopping by................*s*
sorry about the pump, but wow those are beautiful flowers
ReplyDeleteHi Linda....The flowers have been spectacular this year!
DeleteI hope the gorgeous flowers take the sting off of the water related issues. May this be the end of your break downs!
ReplyDeleteHi Michele....Flowers take the sting off most anything!
DeleteThose flowers are amazing! Just stunning work from nature.
ReplyDeleteWhy do so many things seem to break all at once! Hope you can just float in the pool soon without any more worrisome repairs!
Hi Judy....Thanks. Today the pump! Tomorrow the pool! Neither is a particularly difficult to-do, just time consuming!
Deletepools can be such a nuisance at times... wonderful passionfruit flowers. Are any of them fruiting varieties?
ReplyDeleteHi Anna....I don't think my passion flowers are fruiting. I deadhead a lot to keep them blooming.
DeleteI always say to people who are little envious of our having a pool that if you don't enjoy doing the upkeep, you should not have a pool. Considering its age, it's pretty amazing that this is the first major work we have had to do. I am looking forward to being able to go out in the morning and putter around near the water.
those flowers, !
ReplyDeleteHi Gary...Indeed! I want to simplify them a bit for my pots!
DeleteDearest Suzi,
ReplyDeleteAs one says: when it rains it pours... One thing seldom comes alone and we have to deal with it; no choice.
Hope things work out for you!
Your passion flowers are spectacular, what lovely photos. We have tried to grow some but we lost them all.
Hugs,
Mariette
Hi Mariette....Owning your own home is a responsibility, no doubt about it!
DeleteMy passion flowers do better in pots. It makes them easy to bring indoors to winter over.
Enjoy the week ahead..........*s*
Those flowers are magical. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry about the pump.
Hi Lori....I grow passion flowers because they don't look real! We're solving pump problems with no problems.
