When you contribute to Indegogo, Kickstarter etc. you get neat things! This pretty mug arrived from Lina at Good Dirt LA before Thanksgiving.
I enjoy the connection that I feel when I drink from a mug made by the person whose campaign I contributed to.
Sunny but chilly today? How about where you live?
As always thanks for stopping by...........*s*
Lovely color.

Hi Elna...thanks.
DeleteI've always loved blue and green together, rainy and blustery but not too cold can't complain

ReplyDeleteHi Gary.....Thanks!
DeleteVery nice of you and very nice mug.
ReplyDeleteHi Lori....I like to use what small amount I can give in support of potters. There is just something about using a mug that I got from a fund raiser. But then I I find great enjoyment in using mugs made by potters I know in one way or another.
DeleteDearest Suzi,
ReplyDeleteLove this mug and as you mention, if there also is an emotional connection it has so much more value and meaning to us.
Yes, we have no sunshine (heavy rain yesterday) but in the crisp air we both walked this afternoon after I finally called Dad for the 1st time in 7 days. Unreal what some toxic siblings can cause... I've pushed though as I did not want to expose my dear Pieter again to such stress and emotions like January when he got heart cramps.
Maybe, just maybe they will change a little one. One of the three has come down his throne just a bit. I complimented him today for having connected the TV, Radio and Phone for Dad. He had been glancing over at his neighbor's TV all week. Can you imagine?!
If the other 2 turn around I doubt it, their kids attacked me on FB (message) but they cannot scare me.
I will not lower myself to their level.
For sure Dad will sleep tight and also because no surgery is needed, he seems to be fine. Hope they let him go home on Saturday!
Sending you hugs,
Mariette
