For Mugshot Monday:
These are three views of the same mug painted and ready for the kiln. The colors are a little off because everything is waxed.
We have had a day of sun and clouds with highs in the 50's. We had door and windows opened to get fresh air into the house. If this keeps up we could have daffodils by early March. I don't think they bloomed until April last year!
As always, thanks for stopping by............*s*
Wonderful painting, love the cat and the fiddle. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Cathy...Thanks; nursery rhymes have always been a source of inspiration.
Deleteoh WOW :)
ReplyDeleteHi Gary....Thanks. Enjoy the weather; I'm sure it won't last!
Deletemy daffodils are coming up but tomorrow it's due to drop below freezing again; great illustrations, do you ever do tiles?
ReplyDeleteHi Linda....The nice thing about daffodils is that a freeze doesn't seem to bother them too much.
DeleteP.S.....I do tiles sometimes. I usually make my own as I have never found a source of unfired tiles that I like and are affordable.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely cup, and some lucky little person will probably get to enjoy their cocoa or tea in it soon!
