I'm not sure why I thought April had thirty-one days; I probably wasn't thinking at all!
Here is an old shot of two bunny whistles to wish you a Belated Hares and Rabbits and a joyful May!
Cindy Bracker posted a photo of her Linda Arbuckle mug filled with coffee, so of course, I have to post mine filled with tea. Your can see lots more mugs for Mugshot Monday over on Clay Buddies on Facebook.
I always enjoy drinking my tea from mugs made by potters, particularly those I have met and bought from in person.
The weather is being its usual cranky New England self! Beautiful and warm last week; cool, cloudy and rainy for the next few days. I had looked forward to getting more stuff outside, but it can wait for sunny days.
Enjoy the coming week no matter what part of the globe you inhabit. I may hibernate until the sun come out in a few days!
As always, thanks for stopping by.............*s*
we are getting rain every day now, don't have to water my new plants. I missed May first too, although I knew April had 30 days as I always remember that poem to keep the months straight
ReplyDeleteHi Linda.....Rain yesterday, rain today, rain tomorrow, and not so warm either.
DeleteI know the rhyme too...... ;)
Beautiful mug, no wonder you like it.
ReplyDeleteHi Lori....I have one of Linda's bowls, but I've wanted one of her mugs for years. I feel most fortunate!
DeleteHi Suzi that's a very nice mug...I only drink herbal infusions now.. can't take the caffeine anymore..
ReplyDeleteOnce of these days I'll make a mug I like enough to share on Clay Buddies... We are heading into shorter days now and after a month in what passes as Spring in Ireland I've had enough of cooler weather already! I think I need to get back to my clay :)
Hi Anna.....Thanks. I only drink tea, no coffee or chocolate!
DeleteWe are always so hard on ourselves.....post a mug!
thanks for the encouragement :) have you seen the Facebook group for a challenge called 100mugs in 100days?
DeleteApril just flew by! Adorable bunny whistles, and yes, that is beautiful mug.
ReplyDeleteHi Michele....Thanks. I always get a kick out of using mugs from my collection!
DeleteThe Arbuckle mug = spectacular :)
ReplyDeleteHi Gary....It is indeed!
DeleteDearest Suzi,
ReplyDeleteWell, the weather might have been thinking that April lasted a few more days as well. We got sunshine and I was delighted for being able to give my feet a pedicure on the balcony but I had to hurry back inside before some heavy rain.
Love your bunny whistles and the special mug.
Sending you hugs,
Mariette
Hi Mariette.....We are stuck in the rainy, chilly doldrums for the next few days. Things are growing, but yard work is not appealing right now.
DeleteLast Saturday we were grilling on the deck when it started raining. Fortunately, everything was just about done!
raining here this morning and sort of enjoying it...... the tea is hot, the kiln warm and my hands are dirty; gonna be a good day 😊👍🏻🌹
ReplyDeleteHi Sandy....The sun came out yesterday; everything is blooming! Now to catch up!
