What is it?

 This showed up at the edge of the woods this spring. The closest I have been able to come is Cow Parsnip.

Any thoughts on identification will be greatly appreciated.

    Don't think this is a plant and therefore no Cow Parsnip.

    Other name is Chinese Parasoltree and they bloom in the spring! Maybe this one is still too young/small...
